  • What services do you offer?
    Vidda Royalle offers capsule bedding collections that are developed in close collaboration with talented local artists. These are limited editions. We also offer a service of bespoke orders, in which you can: order us one of our available designs - and customise it to fit your needs and wishes; commission a design from an artist - and receive the original masterpiece or wallpainting; or send us your own design that you would love to develop and create. We also offer a private luxury concierge service in which you can order us bundle gifts to anchor special moments. A team will be in contact with you to detail all the personalisation services included in your Luxury Gift Package. This can include exclusive and personalised bedding, artists' works and interior decoration, jewellery, and other luxury complementary options.
  • How does shipping work?
    We use different partners, depending on your country. It can be UPS, Fedex or DHL. If your order value is more than 200€, we offer shipping. It can take up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped and received. If it contains any customisation, it may take longer. But it will be worth the wait!   • What are the bundle gifts?
    We offer a service of luxury gifting, that you can order for special occasions and weddings. This services includes a complete luxury bedding set and a personalised jewel. You can engrave your statement in the jewell (a date, a question, e.g "Will You Be My Wife?") and order special embroideries and monograms to be added to your luxury bedding set. The packaging includes an elegant wrap and beautiful lace and it goes with a blue refined envelope with a personalised postcard. The moment you complete your purchase, we will get in touch with you to start embarking in this creational journey. This process takes a minimum of three weeks until the Gift is ready to be received. We advise you to do so at least 6-8 weeks prior to the special date. We will love to be part of that special moment.
  • How can I order a bespoke collection?
    Bespoke collections typically require a minimum order value. We will gladly inform you privately. We have a special catalogue from where you can choose many different elements for your final design, touch and feel. Everything is customisable and can be adjusted to meet your tastes. You can also start from scratch, sending us your design, or your inspiration (from a picture, a flower, a landscape). We have an internal team of designers who will gladly present you their suggestion to fit the luxury bedding standards. We have over 40 years of experience in creating luxury linens, so we will make a one-of-a-kind collection for you, where all details are carefully crafted. Thirdly, you can also commission an artistic design from one of our artists. We will transform that design into luxury bedding and you will receive your entire collection, plus the exclusive work of art that the artist has done for you.
  • What are your return and exchange policies?
    We stand behind our quality, our work and our promises. If you are not completely satisfied with your sheets, we have a 30-Day Satisfaction Warranty. This means that you may return to us hassle-free within 30 days after you place your order, for a full refund or replacement. Your returned sheets will then be dry-cleaned and donated to charity. To all other items, such as throws and duvet covers, in order to be eligible for returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To do so, simply write to and we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We also offer you a 5-year extended Premium Warranty for our sheets. This means that, if they pill, rip or fray, we will repair or replace them with no worries.
  • How to your handle with damages and other issues?
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • How can I join you as one of your artists?
    We're open to meet new talented artists, no matter where they are in the world! We work with renowned fine artists, and this collaboration is specially important when offering bespoke services to our private clients and making new projects around the world. Please note that we prioritise our values and standards and, for that reason, there is an acceptance process before joining us.
